Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is a Tenant ID?

A Tenant ID is a unique globally unique identifier (GUID) that represents your organization in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) / Entra ID. It is required for many API and administration operations.

What does "Federated" mean?

A federated domain means that authentication is delegated to a third-party Identity Provider (IdP) such as ADFS, Okta, or Ping Identity, rather than being handled natively by Microsoft.

Why am I not seeing any data?

If no data is shown, it's highly likely that the domain does not use Microsoft 365 / Entra ID for its identity management, or the public discovery endpoints are disabled.
